Well, we decided to have a Christmas Cocktail Party. Complete with home made toffee vodka and party pies with real tomato sauce. I played Scrooge while Shona decided Christmas decorations were the order of the day. It took longer to pay for them at the checkout in our local department store than it did to put them all up. Due to the heat and the humidity it did take a few attempts to get them all to stay where they were supposed to but it ended up being a great night with a very multicultural group. All up we had Philippino's, Bosnian's, a Kenyan, an Ethiopian, a Syrian, New Zealanders, Australians and a French man. A good boozy night had by all.
