The streets of Manila are forever grid locked and the air polluted. Too many people in one small space and no one that obeys any traffic laws. Fortunately I am a 7 minute walk to the office and assuming I don't get run-over by a motorised scooter, a motor bike or a car driver looking at his phone then I can come home to the best lap pool in the city. The best part is that the majority of the time I do laps there is no-one else to be seen. To quote a line from "The Castle",
